WHEAT RIDGE, Colo. (CBS4)- Crews broke ground on a new development in Wheat Ridge on Wednesday. When "The Corners" is finished it will include a grocery store, restaurants and apartments.

Copter4 flew over the development at 38th and Wadsworth.

Boulder-based Lucky's Market will open a 35,000 square foot store there. There will also be 230 apartments, a plaza and a park.

The development is expected to be finished by next Spring.
