Construction Worker Rescued After Trench Collapse In Denver
DENVER (CBS4) -- Denver firefighters rescued a construction worker after a trench collapse on Friday afternoon. Officials say he fell into an excavation for a new building on Downing Street, near Warren Avenue.
The worker did go to the hospital to be treated for cuts and scrapes, but his crew says he should be OK.
After the rescue, structure teams worked to shore up the trench.
