Colorado Springs School District Nearly Out Of Snow Days This Year
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4)- Colorado Springs School District 11 is nearly out of snow days. This has caused some concerns because March is Colorado's snowiest month.
The State of Colorado granted D-11 with a waiver to keep the school district compliant with the regulations for instructional hours no matter how many more days snow may impact, close or delay school.
The school district must make an effort to make up lost time.
D-11 is considering Saturday classes or virtual classes.
