Colorado Among States With Fastest Drop In Unemployment
DENVER (CBS4) - Consumer confidence is at its highest level since 2007, and a large amount of the credit goes to improved job conditions.
Last month unemployment rates fell in 42 states, including Colorado.
The unemployment rate in Colorado was 4 percent in December and among the states with the fastest drop in unemployment in 2014, dropping more than 2 points over the course of the year.
The national unemployment rate for the same period was 5.6 percent.
