Cary Kennedy Named Denver's Deputy Mayor
DENVER (CBS4) - Denver Mayor Michael Hancock has named his second in command.
Cary Kennedy is a former state treasurer who currently serves as the city's chief financial officer.
As deputy mayor she will act as the city's chief executive when the mayor is unavailable.
Hancock says Kennedy's knowledge of the city makes her a perfect fit for the job.
