Broncos 3, Raiders 7 At The Half: DeMarcus Ware Injures Back, Return Questionable
OAKLAND, Calif. (CBS4/The Sports Xchange) - The Denver Broncos trail the Oakland Raiders 7-3 at the half.
The Broncos opened up scoring in the game with a Brandon McManus 25-yard field goal early in the second quarter but then gave up a huge chunk of yards on a Derek Carr to Clive Walford 33-yard pass. A few plays later the Raiders then scored a touchdown on 3-yard pass to Marcel Reece.
Broncos outside linebacker DeMarcus Ware was carted off the field after injuring back and his return is questionable.
The Broncos were marching down the field and seemed likely to score when Charles Woodson picked off a Manning pass in the Broncos end zone with 18 seconds left in the half.
