Brock Osweiler To Get The Start In Chicago On Sunday
ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4) - Peyton Manning has been benched in favor of quarterback Brock Osweiler for the Broncos game next weekend.
Manning was pulled from Sunday's 29-13 loss to the Chiefs after throwing four interceptions.

Manning won't play against the Bears and won't practice this week, Broncos coach Gary Kubiak announced Monday afternoon.
"I told the team that this week Peyton is not going to play, that Brock is going to play this week, and all of our full attention is going to be to getting Peyton back and healthy," Kubiak said.
Manning has been struggling with plantar fasciitis and has had other minor injuries this season. Kubiak stated that the "grind of the season" has worn Manning down, and the benching will be done in an effort to get their future Hall of Famer back healthy.
"Obviously, the shoulder, the foot was bothering him coming out of Indianapolis and then had some rib issues the night before the game that were bothering him a little bit that he got some treatment for. I think it's a combination of things," Kubiak said.
Manning has started 62 consecutive games since he arrived in Denver.
Kubiak said quarterback Trevor Siemian will back up Osweiler at QB in Chicago.
