1 dead after house fire in Boulder
One person is dead after a house fire in Boulder.
It happened on the 2800 block of Broadway, near the NREL campus.
Boulder Fire confirmed to CBS News Colorado that when firefighters arrived shortly after 12:45 p.m., they found one victim dead at the scene.
The fire is now out and not threatening any other houses.
