Body Recovered In The Lake At The Broadmoor Hotel
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) — The Colorado Springs Fire Department says the body of a man has been recovered from the lake by the Broadmoor hotel.
Firefighters were called to the Broadmoor around 1:30 Saturday morning after a man was seen trying to swim across the lake. He was last seen near the east bank of the lake.
His body was recovered around 5 a.m. Foul play is not suspected.
The man's identity has not been released.
The Broadmoor says he was not a guest.
