AURORA, Colo. (CBS4)- An SUV driving along Interstate 225 on Monday morning came to a sudden stop after something struck the windshield. After investigation, it appears that a bird struck the windshield just before 8 a.m.

Copter4 flew over the disabled vehicle which showed a shattered windshield on the SUV that had pulled over. There was also a bird lying on the ground near the vehicle.

The driver appeared to be okay. The impact killed the bird.
