Bear Destroys Car Left Unlocked In Pitkin County
PITKIN COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - Another bear destroyed a car -- this time in Snowmass Village. Police showcased the damage on social media.
They say the bear was able to get inside through an unlocked door. The animal was then trapped after the door shut behind them.
The damage is extensive.
Officials urge residents to remember to lock their doors, secure windows and don't leave anything with a scent inside your vehicle.
