Arsonist Ordered To Pay $7.5 Million In Restitution
FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) - An arsonist convicted of destroying a Fort Collins apartment building and damaging another has been ordered to pay $7.5 million in restitution.
Benjamin Gilmore was sentenced to eight years in prison in 2013 for the October 2011 blaze that caused $10 million in damages.
The money will help victims from both buildings.
