A-Basin Promises To Open 'Soon'
ARAPAHOE BASIN, Colo. (CBS4)- Arapahoe Basin says it will be opening "soon" as the race to be the first ski area in Colorado continues.
A-Basin has received about two feet of natural snow in recent days and that snow-making conditions are prime.
The earliest A-Basin has ever opened was Oct. 9.
A-Basin and Loveland are typically the first ski resorts in the state to open.
