City's Animal Control Faces Lawsuit Over French Bulldogs
DENVER (CBS4) - Denver Animal Control now faces a federal lawsuit over these French Bulldogs.
The city put them up for adoption after they were rescued in July from bad conditions at a home in Denver.
The four people named in the lawsuit say they paid that homeowner to care for the dogs.
The plaintiffs are suing to keep the dogs from being adopted out. They're also asking for damages because the dogs were spayed and neutered.
