Amber Alert Issued For Missing 5-Month-Old Girl Traveling Through Colorado
DENVER (CBS4)- An Amber Alert has been issued for a 5-month-old infant girl who is believed to have been abducted by a woman with a mental health condition.
The child, Olivia Smith, was taken from Kingfisher County near Cashion, Okla. The suspect, Cindy Findley, is believed to be enroute to Salt Lake City, Utah and may be traveling through Colorado.
Findley, 48, was last seen in the Oklahoma panhandle driving a black over brown 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe with Texas license plate BYZ-3364.
She has a mental health condition and made comments about having a vision that the child would be dead in two days.
Olivia is a white female, 5-months-old, last seen wearing a pink, long-sleeved floral shirt. She has dark brown hair and is 25 inches long.
Findley is a white female, 5-foot-7, 125 pounds with blue eyes and shoulder length blonde hair.
A woman named Jennifer Skousen, 43, was accompanying Findley.
Investigators have not said what relationship Findley has with the child.
