Adult Version Of Little Tike Classic Childhood Car For Sale

DENVER (CBS4) - Two brothers in the UK put up for sale a real life version of the famous yellow and red 'Little Tike' car.

It comes from a modified Daewoo Matiz, reports the BBC, and is complete with an airbag, headlights, and mirrors. The car can reach speeds of up to 70 mph and requires petrol.

John and Geof Bitmead said they got the idea because of how similar the features of the car were to the classic toy.

They said it's been captivating people who see it go by. "They're amazed to see the real thing on the road. I've seen people with tattoos all up their arms walking along the road just cheering at us."

The vehicle maintains its classic design, meaning it's best suited to warm sunny days that don't require a windshield.
