5280 Magazine Acquires Denver Magazine
DENVER (CBS4)- 5280 Magazine announced it acquired Denver Magazine on Tuesday. 5280 will also procure the company's trademarks, web domains and social networking sites.
Denver Magazine will cease publication immediately. It was first published in February 2008.
5280 Publishing Inc. also acquired key assets from Luxury Media Group, Inc., licensor of Denver Magazine's intellectual property, including internet domain names, the magazine's Twitter account and Facebook pages.
5280 was founded in 1993 and has a distribution of 85,000.
