'14 MPH' Signs Won't Go Up In Aspen After All
ASPEN, Colo. (CBS4) - Speed limit signs of "14 MPH" will not go up in Aspen after all.
Last week the city council was considering the unusual speed to get the attention of drivers going too fast on one residential street. But Monday night council members decided to lower the limit on all neighborhood streets to 20 miles per hour.
Federal rules say speed limits should end in a five or a zero.
