Woman charged in hit-and-run that killed pastor's wife in West Town

Police said Iryna Kalach was identified as the person who, on Jan. 24, just before 9 a.m., was driving a 2022 red four-door Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross when she hit the 66-year-old woman who was in the crosswalk.
