Voting underway for new president of Poland

Outgoing right-wing president Andrzej Duda has frustrated much of the centrist ruling coalition's domestic agenda. But if Warsaw Mayor Rafał Trzaskowski is victorious, as polls predict he will be, it could pave the way for Europe's fastest-growing economy to implement wider reforms.
