Friday is the deadline for Congress to strike a deal to keep the Department of Homeland Security funded, and while Democrats are calling for stricter oversight and a ban on practices like agents wearing masks, a growing number of lawmakers are calling for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to be abolished.
