Search for survivors after bridge collapse in Baltimore

The Baltimore City Fire Department said as many as 20 people and multiple vehicles were in the water. The department's communications director, Kevin Cartwright, described the collapse as "a mass casualty event. He told The Associated Press it was a "dire emergency" and some cargo was apparently dangling from the bridge.
