Police officers in Ohio rescue man stuck on ice in wheelchair

Ernest Williams, a double amputee, was trying to visit the Veterans Affairs office in Canton on Monday, but he forgot it was closed for the holiday. On the way to catch a bus back home, he got stuck on the sidewalk. Officers came to the rescue.
