Lifeguard charged with killing teen wounding another in shooting at Douglass Park pool

A Chicago Park District lifeguard is charged with murdering a 15-year-old boy near the Douglass Park pool. The man is also accused of trying to kill a 14-year-old boy who is the cousin of Laquan McDonald.
