Kayaker accused of faking own death now in custody in Wisconsin
A man accused of faking his own death and fleeing to Europe has returned to Wisconsin, where he was taken into custody, and could face obstruction charges. Ryan Borgwardt was reported missing in August after he failed to return home from a kayaking trip.
