Illinois Election: Gov. JB Pritzker declares victory in re-election bid

After being projected as the winner in the Illinois governor's race just minutes after the polls closed, Gov. JB Pritzker said he was grateful for winning a second term as a crowd of supporters chanted "four more years" at a victory rally in the South Loop.
