Halloween party mass shooting survivors describe chaos

A Chicago man with a bullet lodged in the back of his head said he believes he's alive for a reason, after he was one of 15 people shot during a Halloween party in North Lawndale on Sunday. Other survivors also are speaking out about the attack.
