For the Love of... Hegewisch

Tucked into Chicago's far South Side, Hegewisch was established in 1837 in hopes of being an "ideal workingman's community." Producer Tom sits down with author and neighborhood historian Cynthia Ogorek to talk about its history from Steve's Lounge, a neighborhood staple. He also speaks with its eponymous owner Steve Ziemek, about the history of the space and what it means to the community.
