DCFS investigator, supervisor taken off child protection duties after Amaria Osby case

Two months – that is how long it took for the state's child welfare agency to make contact with a child who was flagged at risk for neglect. Now, that little girl – Amaria Osby – is dead. Her mother has admitted to her murder. CBS 2's Chris Tye reports.
