Broadview mayor sets protest limits outside ICE facility

Protesters outside the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility in Broadview are facing new rules, after the village’s mayor signed an executive order limiting the time of demonstrations to between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. every day.
