Jim Tinaglia won the race for Arlington Heights mayor on Tuesday and will take over for current mayor Tom Haynes, who did not run for another term. Tinaglia talks with Marie Saavedra about the Chicago Bears’ plans possibly to move to a new stadium on the old Arlington International Racecourse site.
