After 40 years, Chicago’s Hardrock Café is closing its doors

The Hard Rock opened on Ontario and Dearborn in 1986 and anchored a tourism district that included the Rock and Roll McDonald's and the Rainforest Cafe. The company did not give a reason for closing.
