Part of President Trump's deployment of the National Guard to Illinois are 400 members of the Texas National Guard, a move a former Illinois National Guard commander said he has "never seen before."
Illinois and Chicago filed suit to block the Trump administration from deploying the National Guard to Illinois, but while a judge cautioned the government "I'd take a pause if I were you," she did not immediately block the order Monday.
