Brian Travis, of Saint John, Indiana, has been charged with one felony count of criminal sexual assault, and one misdemeanor count of simple assault.
Police Chief Eddie Winters confirmed a man was walking near 150th Street and Dixie Highway when he was hit by a car in front of a Citgo gas station.
