Without their own category on government forms, Arab Americans have long been counted as "white" or "other."
Big Tent Events, Inc., based in St. Charles, says Baez owes them nearly $7,000 for equipment, tents, and other expenses for a 2017 event.
The election will decide the balance of power.
"The city is making some of these officers feel like they are worth more dead than alive. That's unforgivable," Mendoza said.
The CBS 2 Investigators broke Young's story, which created waves across the city.
