Woman's decomposing body found in trash can in Chicago's Back of the Yards community
The decomposing body of a woman was found in an alley in Chicago's Back of the Yards community this weekend.
At 6:25 p.m. Saturday, the woman's body was found in a garbage can behind the 700 block of West 54th Street, near Emerald Avenue.
There was no word Sunday morning on what might have happened.
Wentworth Area detectives were conducting a death investigation pending autopsy results.
