Woman Fatally Shot In Head In South Shore Neighborhood
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Chicago police are searching for the gunman who shot and killed a woman Saturday afternoon in the South Shore neighborhood.
The 51-year-old victim was sitting in a car near 73rd and South Bennett just before 3 p.m. when someone walked up and shot her in the head.
She died at the hospital a short time later.
It's unclear if she was the intended target.
