(CBS) There are far too many millenials and middle-aged individuals who make idiots of themselves when trying to catch a foul ball at baseball games. They plow through others, send food and drink flying or greedily get in the way of making a kid's day.

An Oakland fan who was watching the White Sox-Athletics game on Thursday showed how you should roll if a foul ball enters your territory: stay calm, smoothly catch the ball while preserving your beer and then give the foul ball to a child.

There should be no deviations from this plan, unless you're in the bleachers snagging a record-breaking homer that will be worth good money. Then by all means, hold onto the prize.
