One witness described the scene and saw one of the victims heading to a bar nearby for help.
"When I went to window, he was getting out of driver's side .. yelling, 'Help I've been shot," she said.
John Gaps said he heard three or four shots, about 15 feet away from the window of his residence.
Police say people are often seen arguing at the station about cars being towed.
Police are also investigating an incident in which shots were fired at officers along the 3300 hundred block of West Flournoy early today.
The officers did not fire back, and three people are being questioned.
