(CBS) --An SUV was struck by a bullet while traveling on the Stevenson Expressway early Saturday morning.

The shooting happened about 1:40 a.m. in the northbound lanes near Damen, according to Illinois State Police. Police briefly shut down part of the expressway as officers combed the expressway for casings. A bullet was found lodged in the passenger side door of an SUV.

No one was injured in the shooting.

Last Saturday, a shooting on the Stevenson Expressway sent one man to the hospital and shut down southbound lanes at Central Avenue for hours.

Friday night, a call of shots fired on the Dan Ryan shut down traffic on that expressway for about three hours.
