13-year-old boy injured in drive-by shooting in Portage Park
A 13-year-old boy was injured during a drive-by shooting in Chicago's Portage Park neighborhood on Monday night.
Chicago police said the teen was outside in the 6000 block of West Montrose Avenue around 8 p.m. when someone inside a dark SUV fired shots.
The 13-year-old was shot in the leg and taken to Lutherna General Hospital, where he is listed in good condition.
No arrests have been made.
Area Five detectives are investigating.
