Police: 1 Killed, 10 Injured After Stolen Vehicle Crashes Into Van
(CBS) -- One person was killed and 10 people were injured after a crash involving a stolen car in the Englewood neighborhood Saturday evening.
It happened near 71st and Carpenter. Police say three people in a stolen vehicle sped away from police through a stop sign and hit a van with 11 people inside.
One of the passengers in the van, a 37-year-old woman died. Police add those inside the van ranged from ages 56 to just 3 years old.
Three juveniles were charged with possessing, receiving or selling a stolen vehicle, police said.
