One Hospitalized From Lake Michigan
CHICAGO (STMW) - Paramedics took a person who fell or jumped into Lake Michigan near Grant Park to an area hospital to be examined.
Emergency personnel responded about 8 p.m. to a report of a person in the water at 400 E. Monroe Street and found the person already out of the water, according to the Chicago Fire Department.
The person was examined on the scene and taken in good to fair condition to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, the fire department said.
