Mild Temperatures In Week Ahead For Chicago Area

(CBS) -- The mild temperatures for the Chicago area continue Monday on the final day before winter, with temperatures in the 40s and a high of 52.

It will be a rainy morning commute, with showers moving out in the afternoon hour for the most part with the possibility of some drizzle remaining. Temperatures will dip to 37 in the overnight hours.

The mild temperatures will continue during the week, including a high of 61 on Wednesday. On Christmas, the high is forecast to be 45 degrees.
