Mayor Lightfoot Feeds Teens Thanksgiving Meals
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Mayor Lori Lightfoot came out Saturday to show how much she cares about the children of Chicago.
She and her family helped serve meals at the 13th annual Feed-a-Teen Thanksgiving put on by Kids off the Block. Hundreds of kids and their families enjoyed turkey and all the trimmings.
There was also entertainment, giveaways and prizes.
"We cannot pass by those in need," Lightfoot said.
