Man Who Posted Picture Of Daughter Bound With Duct Tape Faces Felony Charges
CHICAGO (CBS) -- A Chicago man made national headlines when he posted a picture on Facebook of his 22-month-old daughter bound with duct tape.
Now, a grand jury has indicted the man on felony charges.
The most serious charge 21-year-old Andre Curry faces is aggravated battery--which carries a maximum sentence of 7 years.
Curry's pastor says Curry posted the picture as a joke and did not hurt the girl.
