(STMW) -- Two people – including a 15-year-old — were shot Sunday afternoon in the South Side Park Manor neighborhood.

They were shot in the 7300 block of South Vernon at 3:20 p.m., police said.

A 15-year-old boy was shot in the right leg and back and was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn in critical condition, police said.

A 24-year-old man was shot in the left leg and also taken to Christ, where his condition was stabilized, police said.

A police source said the shooting may have been gang-related.
