Man charged in deadly stabbing in Chicago's Little Village neighborhood
A man has been charged with murder in the stabbing death of a woman in Chicago's Little Village neighborhood on Tuesday.
Police said David Wilcox, 59, has been charged with two felony counts of murder, including first-degree murder.
Chicago police said around 11:35 p.m., officers were called to the 2500 block of South Christiana Avenue, where they found a woman inside a home with multiple puncture wounds.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
Officers also found a man, 59, with multiple laceration wounds to his body. He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was listed in serious condition.
Officers found a weapon at the scene.
Police said Wilcox was arrested at the scene.
