Friends, Family Hold Vigil For Rachel Mellon 20 Years After Disappearance
(CBS) -- Friends and family held a vigil Sunday to remember a 13-year-old girl on the 20th anniversary of her disappearance.
Rachel Mellon stayed home from school in Bolingbrook with a sore throat. Her step-father went out to walk the dog. Rachel was never seen again.
They also celebrated the lives of all those who've never been found acknowledging how hard it is to have answers or justice.
