Chicago weather: Breezy and warm Monday, storms possible in afternoon
Conditions will be breezy and warm Monday with temperatures running about 20 degrees above normal.
There is a gusty storm chance after 2 p.m.
Early Monday morning, the atmosphere was "capped," but some model data breaks the cap this afternoon, allowing gusty storms to form. If they do, some could be strong.
The greatest severe threat will reside just north of the warm front later today into central and northern Wisconsin.
